The Final was played between Captain's Choice and The Bungalow Inn. There was some great rugby played and it was very sporting. The Bungalow Inn took a
2 – 0 lead with a brace of tries from Kevin Smith. Captain's Choice nearly got one back with the last play of the first half but Olan Daly knocked on the ball with the try line at his mercy. In the 2nd half Neil Moynihan and Captain's Choice had two tries disallowed for diving. However they eventually scored when Paddy O'Connor went over. Not long after Captain's Choice were level when youngster Olan Daly made up for his earlier mistake by going over for a great try. The game finished level and went to extra time and the dreaded golden try. The Bungalow Inn won the toss and after nearly 15 minutes of deliberation chose to receive posession. Dave Riordan scored from well inside his own half and The Bungalow Inn were champions.
